Your card is charged when you subscribe and again at the start of each new period. Cancel any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@reloquent.ai. You keep the plan until the end of the period you've paid for; it then isn't renewed, and your account returns to the free Developer plan. Payments aren't refunded for partial periods. If a price goes up, we email you before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

Common questions.
Is there a free trial?
No, and you don't need one: the Developer plan is the free way to try RLQ, with no card and no time limit, and commercial use is allowed. Upgrade when you need higher caps.
What is a credit?
Credits are how RLQ meters usage. A waypoint (a single point) costs 1 credit. A track or route costs 1 credit per 100 points, so a 1–100-point track is 1 credit, a 101–200-point track is 2, and so on. A call to /v1/enrich consumes the sum of its features' credits, returned as credits on the 202 response and on the job status. Calls rejected before processing, such as a validation error or a 429 at your cap, do not count.
What happens when I reach my cap?
The API returns HTTP 429 and pauses until your cap resets at 00:00 UTC on the 1st of the month, or until you upgrade. You are never charged overage; there is no metered surcharge above the plan price.
Do annual plans get the whole year's allowance at once?
No. Annual plans get the monthly allowance every month, on the same reset on the 1st. Paying yearly is simply cheaper: $120, $480 or $4,800 a year.
How do renewal and cancelling work?
Paid plans renew automatically each month, or each year on annual billing, until you cancel. Cancel any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@reloquent.ai. You keep the plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account returns to Developer and your keys keep working at Developer caps. Payments aren't refunded for partial periods. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades at the end of the period.
